AI at Work

The Deployed Engineer track

Companies everywhere are looking for the same rare person: someone who can walk into a business, understand how it really works, and deploy AI that holds up in production. We know how to train them, because it is how we train our own teams.

A school and a hiring channel in one

  1. Train

The full method, on real cases, with the same standards we apply to our own teams. Business track or technical track.

  2. Intern

An internship on live projects inside our companies, next to the people who operate AI systems for clients every day.

  3. Get hired, or found

An introduction to employers who are looking for this profile, or support to start your own AI-native company.

Around €2,000 a month, about ₹2 lakh.

That is what a young developer in New Delhi, trained on this method at Tech-Bharat, earns today operating AI systems for European and American clients. It is several times the usual entry-level package for his profile.

What a deployed engineer does all day

It is a working skill, not a computer-science elective. The same four moves, on one company process after another.

  1. Diagnose

Look at a real process, a mailbox, a sales pipeline, a reporting task, and find where the hours go. Measure before promising.

  2. Build

Design an AI agent that does the job: tools, data, guardrails. A working proof in a day, not a slide deck.

  3. Supervise

Run the system. Read its logs, catch its mistakes, improve it. This is the human role companies now pay for.

  4. Prove value

Hours saved, revenue created, errors avoided, in numbers. Presented the way a manager needs to hear it.
